About us

SnusKitchen is an independent news site about nicotine pouches: the products, the companies that make them, the science, and the fast-changing rules in every market.

Who we are

SnusKitchen started in Luxembourg in 2021, selling nicotine pouches online to customers across the EU. Running a shop meant following every product launch, every study and every new law closely. When we stopped selling in 2024, we kept doing that, and turned it into this site.

Today the SnusKitchen editorial team writes for adults who use nicotine pouches or are thinking about it, and for anyone who follows the category professionally.

What we cover

• Regulation: bans, nicotine caps, taxes and court rulings, with our laws by country tracker.
• Industry: the companies and brands behind modern oral nicotine.
• Health & Science: what research says, and what it doesn’t.
• Guides and reviews: practical, hands-on advice on choosing and using pouches.

How we work

We link to primary sources: laws, official notices and published research. When we get something wrong, we correct it and say so. SnusKitchen is published by SnusKitchen S.à r.l. in Luxembourg, which also produces the Thor nicotine pouch brand; read how we handle that in our editorial policy.

Nicotine is addictive. This site is for adults only and nothing on it is medical advice.
