When you visit the website
Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. We need this to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors (legal basis: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for about 30 days and then deleted.
Security. Our security tools (Wordfence and SiteGround Security) analyse IP addresses and request patterns to block attacks and abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts. Our fonts are served from our own server. Loading a page does not contact a font provider.
Cookies and analytics
We only use cookies that are needed for the site to work, plus analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time by deleting the cookies for snuskitchen.com in your browser; the cookie bar will then ask you again.

Google Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, how visitors arrive and which device types they use. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. We do not use Google’s advertising features. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4(3) of the Luxembourg law of 30 May 2005 on privacy in electronic communications). Without your consent, Google Analytics runs in a consent mode that sets no analytics cookies. Google may process data in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
When you contact us
If you email us at support@komanda.studio, we process your email address and message to answer you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Emails are handled by Komanda Studio, which maintains this website. We keep messages as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. The website itself has no contact form.
Former shop customers
From 2022 to 2024, SnusKitchen operated an online shop on this domain. If you placed an order, we keep the order records (such as name, addresses, email, items and amounts) only as long as required by our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax record-keeping (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and delete them afterwards. We do not use them for marketing. You can ask us about your data at any time at support@komanda.studio.
Who receives data
We use these service providers, bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR:
- SiteGround: website hosting, server logs and security.
- Google: analytics, only with your consent.
- Defiant Inc. (Wordfence): website security.
- Komanda Studio: website maintenance and content updates.
We do not share personal data with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, write to support@komanda.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.
